Product Shipping Timing

・We will ship within approximately 7 business days after confirming payment.
However, for periods around long holidays such as year-end/New Year and summer vacation, shipping will be in accordance with the provided guidance.

・About pre-order items
As these will be shipped after arrival, the estimated shipping date is stated on the product page.
Please note that due to production circumstances, the estimated shipping date may change.

・If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address provided at the time of order
or if you change (redirect) the delivery address,
it will be resent, and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer as cash on delivery.

If there is an error or incompleteness in the shipping address, the package will be returned to us.

We will reship the item after you bear the reshipping costs.
